The business contract for sapropel factory construction project was signed in February 2012. The project owner is Organic energy Co., Ltd. of Ukraine, which belongs to Ukraine food group. The project is to construct a sapropel factory, refining and processing sapropel from value lakes, to produce environmental organic minerals fertilizer, sold to Ukraine domestic and international market, the annual output is 500000 tons. The contract amount is 100 million dollars
