State Grid Xinyuan Company LTD. is a large state-owned limited liability company invested by the State Grid Corporation of China in accordance with the requirement of group operation, professional management, standardization construction.

In 2008, CCEC signed power station tools and instruments supply contract with five pumped storage power stations, they are Henan Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station, Shanxi Xilongchi Pumped Storage Power Station, Jiangsu Yixing Pumped Storage Power Station, Hebei Zhanghewan Pumped Storage Power Station and Hubei Bailianhe Pumped Storage Power Station,all the five ones are subsidiary companies of State Grid Xinyuan Company LTD . The supplying task is finished in 2009,and all equipment through the final acceptance in 2010.
