Zambia Housing Project is an EPC project of which the contract was signed in Dec 28, 2009 with a total price of 430 million USD. The construction period is predicted for 24 months. Employer of this project is the Ministry of Finance and National Planning of Zambia.

The project is the construction of 4527 living units in Zambia. The Contractor's obligation covers the completion of houses and the planning, design, construction for the residential area, specifically including the design, construction of houses, internal and external decoration, electrical power supply system, water drainage system, fire protection system, ventilation and outdoor ground, road and related training.

The project is located in Kabwe, Mufulira and Lusaka, including six areas. The total construction area is 604,011.49m2 including 4527 houses in three styles and relevant public facilities in residential areas.

Both types of houses are single floor and two floors. The structure is cold bended steel structure with concrete linear foundation. Surface and wall is decorative tiles, thermal insulation, colorful composite steel plate, gypsum board, glass wood or rock wood, OSB structure board or glass magnesium, fiber cement siding, had board and other construction material which are installed on the construction sites. Wall is painted coating, and floor is paved with wooden floor and carpet. There is sanitary ware and electrical water heater in toilet. The ground and wall in kitchen and toilet is installed tiles, and the ceiling is equipped by PVC.
