On June 17, 2019, the pipeline delivery ceremony was held at Lianyungang Port, Jiangsu Province, for Zambia Kafulafuta Water Supply System Projectwhich undertaken by China National Complete Engineering Corporation.    Li Guang, deputy general manager of CCEC, Bai Xuefei, general manager of the CCEC's asset finance department, and Chen Ming, general manager of no.2 engineering and trade department of CCEC participated in the ceremony. The honored guests invited to participate in ceremony include: Jin Yuming, the Vice President of the Beijing Branch of the Bank of China; Luo Zheng, the Vice President of the Key Accounts Department of the Beijing Branch of the Bank of China; Liu Peng, the Vice President of Haidian Branch of the Beijing Branch of the Bank of China; Li Yufeng, the Director of the Second Branch of the third business department Branch of the Export Credit Insurance Company of China (SINOSURE); and other business representatives from SINOSURE, Bank of China, Standard Chartered Bank.

The Vice President Jin Yuming delivered a speech on behalf of the project financing institutions, highly affirming CCEC's ability to execute complete projects, and looking forward to more comprehensive and in-depth cooperation with CCEC.

With 36 beep gun salute, the delivery ceremony was successfully completed.
