Haikou,December 8---SINOMACH HAINAN Chairman Cai Jibo met with the delegation from Portasius Nggedi, Chairman of the Indonesia National Federation of Rural Cooperation. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on food security, agricultural modernization, and integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, reaching a series of consensuses on deepening cross-border agricultural cooperation and broadening collaboration pathways. Deputy General Manager Li Kan & Song Zhe participated in the talks.

Cai Jibo extended a welcome to Portasius Nggedi and his delegation. He stated that SINOMACH HAINAN strengthens agricultural industry cooperation with Southeast Asian nations, introducing their high-quality agricultural products to the Chinese market, and engages in blue economy cooperation with Pacific and Indian Ocean island nations, aiding local infrastructure development and agricultural industry growth. Indonesia is rich in agricultural resources, SINOMACH HAINAN is willing to leverage its strengths and collaborate with the Federation to promote the implementation of comprehensive agricultural development projects in Indonesia.

Portasius Nggedi pointed out that the Federation is willing to serve as a communication bridge, promoting in-depth connections between local cooperatives across Indonesia and SINOMACH HAINAN. It seeks practical cooperation in areas such as high-quality seedling cultivation, construction of standardized planting and breeding bases, agricultural technical training, and agricultural product processing and distribution, jointly exploring new models for integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries to inject new momentum into the high-quality development of Indonesian agriculture.

Following the meeting, the two sides signed a framework cooperation agreement for comprehensive agricultural development projects in Indonesia.
