BEIJING,September 6-- Li Kan, Deputy General Manager of SINOMACH Hainan and his delegation met with Liberian President Joseph Nyumah Boakai.  

Li Kan introduced the company's basic situation to President Boakai, as well as its expertise and rich experience in agriculture, new energy, and infrastructure construction. They expressed their intention to take the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation as an opportunity to continuously strengthen pragmatic cooperation with Liberia in areas such as agriculture, transportation, and infrastructure construction.

President Boakai recalled the deep friendship established with Chinese President Xi Jinping, stating that both heads of state are committed to leading their countries and people towards a path of peace, prosperity, and modernization. She expressed her hope that SINOMACH Hainan would engage in deep cooperation with relevant Liberian departments in various fields, introducing advanced technology and experience to help enhance the level of modernization in Liberia.

Under the witness of President Boakai, SINOMACH Hainan signed a cooperation agreement with Liberian government agencies, covering projects related to agriculture, electricity, and infrastructure.

Liberian Foreign Minister Sara Beysolow Nyanti, Minister of Agriculture J. Alexander Nuetah also attended the meeting.
