Beijing,March 26--Mr.Cai Jibo, the Chairman of the Board of Sinomach Hainan, met with a delegation led by Mr. Otaviano Pivetta, Deputy Governor of Mato Grosso, Brazil. Both sides held talks and exchanged views on further deepening cooperation in the agricultural sector.

Mr. Otaviano Pivetta expressed that since the signing of an agricultural package cooperation agreement between Sinomach Hainan and Mato Grosso at the 6th China International Import Expo, both sides have continuously pushed forward the practical and in-depth cooperation in the agricultural field.

Mr.Cai Jibo noted that 2024 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Brazil. Sinomach Hainan will continue to make efforts to promote the implementation of cooperation projects in the agricultural field with Mato Grosso, Brazil, and make contributions to the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Brazil.

During the meeting, both sides reached further cooperation intentions on specific projects. Mr.Li Shaojun, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the China Council for the Promotion of International Investment and Secretary-General of the China-Brazil Entrepreneurs Committee, also participated in the meeting.
