On November 21st, Cai Jibo, Chairman of Sinomach Hainan, was invited to lead a team to visit Mr. Márcio Elias Rosa, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Trade of Brazil, and Mr. Marcos Galvão, Ambassador of Brazil to China.
